WHAT MAKES AN EXCEPTIONAL VEHICLE INSPECTOR

The best recipe for a truly exceptional inspector is the combination of all the following “ingredients”, which contribute to having somebody who we as a company, and you as a customer can rely on day in day out. We have recently found a suitable additional technician who fits the role of roadworthy inspector with our company.This is great news, but let us show you how we choose from the many possible candidates - which is an arduous process to say the least.

First off we search for the following attributes in a person:

★ Right attitude
★ Apt know-how in this field
★ Willingness to learn continuously
★ Outstanding experience
★ Practices integrity
★ Sincere personality
★ Friendly approach
★ Courteous manner

Once we see all of the above are present, then we add a thorough examination process, mix it well with a 5-7 day on-the-job training going with other inspectors to customers where they get a taste of what the job entails. During this preparation phase the trainee gets to observe and practice the procedure, learns the correct use of all necessary equipment and technical gadgets, as well as getting to know the colleagues.

Once all of the above is completed the inspector is READY.
