RESPECT, THINK, REMEMBER, THINK AHEAD, ENJOY

Most of the time we have wonderful customers who appreciate our effort and the standard of work we represent. However, at times we get people who:

  • cancel their bookings last minute;

  • cancel their bookings because the buyer doesn’t buy the vehicle;

  • double book with two companies and forget to cancel our service;

  • disappear for no apparent reason.

These people should:

  • RESPECT our time and other potential customers who might miss out because of them;

  • THINK in advance before booking to make sure they are available at the agreed time;

  • REMEMBER to cancel the company if they chose a different one;

  • THINK AHEAD that the roadworthy is valid for two months or 2000km, so it doesn’t matter if one particular buyer doesn’t buy the vehicle, the next one will come and the roadworthy will be on hand;

  • ENJOY the convenience of being prepared for the sale or transfer.
