WHY is there a call-out fee?

11/04/2019

You are very happy with our service. We are punctual, we go through everything with you, our customer service is a cut above the rest, we answer your questions...

WHY is there a call-out fee?

AND then you find out that WE have failed YOUR vehicle. How is THAT possible?

It seemed like nothing was wrong with it, it has been your reliable mode of transport for a while, and you have to get it repaired AND there’s a call-out fee for the re-inspection as well!

SO WHY is there a call-out fee?

The reason is simple. Our company has not built in that extra fee into our initial pricing, therefore we can remain affordable. Only when an actual second inspection is needed do we charge extra, instead of charging everyone a higher price. This is the fairest way to do it for our customers.

If your car failed at the first inspection all you need to do is get the repairs done on the vehicle and give us another call to arrange a second appointment.

You have two choices:

1)     We either come to your preferred address again, and only charge you a small call-out fee, which covers the time and fuel of the inspector

OR

2)     If you would like to arrange a meeting with the inspector at a given location where he will be, then it’s FREE!

See, you have the choice of keeping it free!

It’s that easy!
