In today’s hectic world punctuality is sometimes quite challenging for some people. Of course, this doesn’t apply to our inspectors. They are always on time, no matter what. They have superhuman powers.

In today’s hectic world punctuality is sometimes quite challenging for some people. There are so many
factors that can make you late – like too many people in the coffee drive-thru wanting their morning hit
of coffee just as badly as you do, or perhaps you pressed the snooze button too many times in the
morning and realise you are running way behind before the day has even begun, or you got stuck in
traffic because of an incident on the roads, or… the list is endless. Of course, this doesn’t apply to our
inspectors. They are always on time, no matter what. They have superhuman powers. Trust me, they
were very hard to find…

Jokes aside, while being punctual is most people’s aim it doesn’t always go according to plan. Our
inspectors know the importance of being on time and we, as a family business, know that time is so
valuable, therefore we do our very BEST to be punctual for our VALUED customers. However, there are
circumstances when it is TRULY out of our control and patience from our customers is needed.
We are THERE for our customers 100% of the time - when it comes to RELIABILITY, DEDICATION and
HELPFULNESS, 99% of the time when it comes to dealing with everyday challenges to get there exactly
on time. However we communicate with our customers and let them know of any unexpected changes.
